This lovely Buffet dress is a loose-fitting, floaty, and feminine, tiered dress with statement sleeves and a skirt with two or three tiers. Make several different looks from this pattern. The top is cut like a shirt, and the ruffled layers ascend from the waist seam.  This is a paper pattern and the pattern is called the Freedom Dress.  It is from Wardrobe By Me, which is a Danish independent pattern design company.
